Return and Refund Policy

At Swadeshi Culture, we strive to deliver genuine, high-quality ethnic wear and handcrafted jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Returns & Eligibility

  • Return requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not qualify for a return or refund.

2. Return Delivery, Shipping Charges & Taxes (Important)

  • For any customer-initiated returns, the original forward shipping charges and all applicable taxes/GST paid at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable.

  • A fixed return courier and reverse handling charge of ₹100 (or actual reverse shipping cost) will be deducted from your total refundable amount.

  • In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will offer a free replacement or complete refund with zero deductions.

3. How to Start a Return

  • To initiate a return, contact our support team at swadeshiculture@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9920299001 with your Order ID and product images.

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Once your return package is delivered to our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.

  • We will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The refund amount will include only the base product value, minus the applicable delivery/return deduction and non-refundable taxes.
